Run The Bench is a pre-launch waitlist operated by EP Digital Pty Ltd. This page explains what we collect now and how to contact us about it.

What we collect

At this stage, the waitlist form asks only for your email address. We do not ask for player details, team details, payment information, or account passwords on this website.

Why we collect it

We use your email address to contact you about early access, launch updates, and a small number of product questions that help shape Run The Bench for coaches.

Where it is stored

The current website form is a frontend stub, so it confirms the signup flow but does not store your email yet. Before launch, waitlist emails will be stored with a reputable service provider selected by EP Digital Pty Ltd and protected using reasonable security measures.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell waitlist emails. We do not share them with advertisers or unrelated third parties. If we use a service provider to store or send waitlist emails, they may process the data only so they can provide that service to us.

Cookies and analytics

We are not using analytics or tracking cookies on this website yet. If that changes, this policy should be updated before those tools are enabled.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from launch emails using the unsubscribe link in any message where one is provided. You can also ask us to delete your waitlist email, correct it, or explain what we hold about you by emailing support@runthebench.app.
